Shipping & Delivery

Michel Leng-D & Co. provides Free Shipping for all merchandise purchased by our online customers, with delivery time generally between 3-10 days depending on destinations. Merchandise will be shipped with Tracking Services by our entrusted / assigned courier(s) or registered postal service(s) (e.g. FedEx, Malca Amit, DHL, UPS and Registered Mail) depending on the purchase volume, value(s) and type(s) of product(s) purchased and also on whichever shipping option is most appropriate for the indicated destination at the time of dispatch of shipment.
All merchandise with ready stock will be dispatched on the next working day once your order is confirmed and verified. A Shipment Confirmation email (with tracking number) will be sent to you once your item(s) have been shipped. For items which require additional processing time (e.g., requiring additional export permit, bulk volume, custom order, etc), they will be shipped within one week of completion of your order online, unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for any VAT or other tax or levy imposed on all orders on our merchandise they import into their countries of residence.
Basic information will be collected from the customers (including the customer’s full name, address and contact number) upon cart check-out to fulfill shipping requirements. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping details when performing cart check-out. Should customer(s) enter the wrong address, Michel Leng-D & Co. is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Our merchandise can be shipped internationally to most destinations in Europe, USA, Asia, Australia and the rest of the world. In the rare event that we are unable to ship our merchandise to your indicated destination(s) or location(s), we would process refund of any amount received by us for your online purchase made on our website after verification. Besides, in the rare event when an order does not arrive by the estimated delivery time, the customer is responsible for informing Michel Leng-D & Co. as soon as possible, and upon receiving your feedback, we will seek to immediately rectify the issue with courier(s) to ensure delivery of the merchandise to you. Replacement of items lost in transit will be dispatched according to our discretion.
